Six free skills for Claude that keep a PRD true while the work moves. I designed them, built them and made the site that explains them.

Designers should spend their time thinking

In this era of AI-native designers, the work that can be automated should be, so designers can focus on what matters most: thinking.

A PRD eats that time. Someone has to turn a rough ask into requirements, read the whole thing again before each task, and keep it true as decisions land in email, chat and tickets.

PRD Loop takes that over. From a requirement, it writes the PRD and gives you a short, crisp brief of what needs doing, so you don't have to read everything. When something changes or gets added, the PRD reflects it. When you want to check that everything in it is actually done, there's a skill for that too. The PRD stays intact and up to date, and designers only have to design and build.

Six skills, one PRD

You ask in plain words. Each skill reads and writes the same PRD, from the first rough ask to a reviewed handoff: scope, work, review, hand off, plus two for when things move.

01 · Scoperequirement-to-prdScope this

Reads the ask straight from the client's email and turns each part into a requirement. Every line is tagged from the brief, derived or proposed, and ranked now, next or later. What's excluded goes under out of scope.

02 · Workprd-nextWhat's next?

Picks the next open requirement and works on it one step at a time. It attaches evidence someone can open, then marks it done and updates the ledger.

Any timeprd-changeCan we also…

When a new ask arrives mid-project, it traces which requirements it touches and sends finished work it breaks back to review. It shows you the impact, and edits only after you apply.

Any timeprd-feedbackSort these comments

Gathers comments from email, chat and tickets and sorts each one: defect, change, answer or question. Opposite opinions stay side by side, for you to decide.

03 · Reviewprd-reviewAre we done?

Walks every requirement and marks each one pass, fail or unverified, with the reason, then totals it up. Nothing passes on a guess.

04 · Hand offprd-handoffHand this to the developer

Asks who the handoff is for and packs only work that passed review. It lists what's not included and why, then attaches the evidence and sends it.

A short answer, then back to work

Each skill answers in a line or two and keeps the detail in the PRD. You hear what changed and what to do next, without reading the whole document again.

A change, traced before it's made

When a new ask lands mid-project, prd-change shows which requirements it touches and waits. The PRD changes only when you say apply.

Connected in under a minute

The skills are free. They work in the Claude app and in Claude Code.
